CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. ACQUIRES FAST, LLC

TORONTO, ON Canada – We are pleased to announce that Constellation Software Inc. (“CSI”) has acquired the sole member interest in ERP Management – FAST, LLC (“FAST”) from Hyphen Solutions, Ltd. (“Hyphen”).

CSI acquires mission-critical, vertical market software companies in growing markets and builds these companies, via a combination of internal growth and subsequent acquisitions. Based in Toronto, CSI has over 700 employees and revenues of over $100 million.

FAST is a leading provider of integrated software and related services for homebuilders. Malcolm Cannon will continue as CEO of FAST, and all employees of FAST have been retained. FAST will continue to provide product enhancements and new initiatives for customers in the homebuilding industry. FAST will work closely with Newstar Systems Inc., its sister company, in leveraging their knowledge and experience on behalf of their customers. Both Newstar and FAST will continue to support and enhance their existing products for their valued customers.
