Project Detail
The BidConnect project detail page not only provides all of the base information about
the bidding project, it also provides controls to insure that all components are set up
before it will allow bid invitations to be sent to bidders.
Bid Management
The bid management page provides tools to monitor who has submitted bids, determine which
bidders have submitted revised bids, download supporting documents for the bid, and select
which bids should be used on the Master Bid List.
Master Bid List
The Master Bid List presents the bids you have selected so that you can see what the project will cost if
you use the bids you have selected on the Bid Management page. If you are satisfied with the bids you have
selected, you can award the bids and send the notices to your bidders by clicking on a single button.
Bid History
As bids are received and revised, BidConnect allows you to view the history of the bids. Thus you can
analyze the bid responses from a bidder and see the adjustments they have made.
