The Inspections suite is available on three platforms (Web, PDA, and Tablet PC).
The Web platform is the main suite where the system administrator can predefine and load the data
that is utilized throughout the three categories of the inspections program. The tablet pc and PDA
platforms are tailored toward the construction managers and allow them to perform
on-site inspections and to capture the relevant information. This information will then be
transmitted to the Web platform where the information will be archived in a database and made available for reporting

Punchlist
The Punchlist module allows the construction manager to create a list of defects that can be transmitted
to the responsible supplier or trade to be fixed.
Perform Inspection
Performing an inspection has never been easier. When an inspection is due, an alert is created. Click on the inspection
sheet to begin. Milestone inspections may be performed based on the completion of any task.
Add Defect
As inspections are performed, you can quickly add defects that need repair.
Assign Inspection
BuildPro Inspections gives you the flexibility to assign inspections to different inspectors.
Final Inspection
The Final Inspection functionality allows you to walk the home room by room and capture any final fit and
finish defects prior to the completion of the home.
