Hyphen SupplyLink is an efficient, turn-key solution for the Homebuilder who wishes to take advantage of the SupplyPro vendor extranet through the use of their existing proprietary back office applications. Hyphen SupplyLink interfaces between the homebuilder’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and scheduling system (or other ancillary systems such as Sales, Design Center or Warranty) and the SupplyPro vendor extranet. This interface enables the Home builder to communicate various transactions to their SupplyPro-based user community.

  • Purchase Orders issued by the builder – including the original order, change orders, order cancellations, order receipt notices, and payment information
  • Order Response documents issued by the supplier – including shipping notices, advanced shipping notices, change requests (pricing corrections and rescheduling requests, substitutions, and transitions) and invoices
  • Scheduling Information – since purchase orders need to include when material must be delivered or labor must be performed on the job site, Hyphen SupplyLink also includes the ability to exchange scheduling information and relate it to the purchase order which originates in the builder’s ERP system.
  • Options/Colors – any items which might further identify specific goods to be delivered to the job site that are selected by the home buyer.

      • Schedule notice (independent of order)

    • Provide the ability for SupplyPro to send order acknowledgements to non-BuildPro builders including the ability to communicate errors in transmission.
    • Provide the ability for SupplyPro users to send order shipments to non-BuildPro builders including:
      • Order Completion notices
      • Advanced Shipment Notices (for trade partners who dispatch products or or services from a centralized point)
    • Provide the ability for SupplyPro users to send order response documents to non-BuildPro builders including:
      • Order Response - no exceptions
      • Order Response with exceptions
        • Line item changes
          • Substitutions
          • Transitions
          • Pricing Correction Request
    • Provide the ability for SupplyPro users to send reschedule requests to non-BuildPro builders including:
      • Order Response with exceptions
      • Reschedule requests
  • Recruit New Trade partners. Builders can expand their SupplyPro community by sending potential supplier candidates customized SupplyPro invitations.
