The ultimate goal of the Lien Release solution is to automate manual lien processing as
much as possible. Hyphen Solutions automates the process of merging payment data into a user
selected lien document and automatically sends the document to the corresponding supplier/trade
in SupplyPro for an electronic signature. The system has the ability to manage many different
lien documents and timelines for each state. The lien release process is initiated via “triggers”
such as Payment Data. Once the process is started, the system will control and track the documents
through their entire life cycle. Imagine working with lien releases completely by computer. Now you
can do it with Hyphen Lien Releases. Builders and trade partners can stop spending so much time and
money creating, processing and printing, and maintaining lien release documents. Managing the lien
