How to Attend
SupplyPro Conference Call training is conducted by a professional instructor, over the telephone, while students use their PC’s to perform various exercises.
Each student is required to have an Internet connected personal computer and telephone.
Five minutes prior to your training each student should join the telephone conference. This may be performed by calling
(877) 508-2545.
When prompted for a Conference
ID, enter 9000 and press #.
If the instructor has not yet joined the conference, please wait. He or she will join shortly.
If you find yourself having problems joining the conference call, please do not hesitate to contact Hyphen Solutions Customer Care at (877) 508-2547 Option #4.
Please note: There may be other participants who have joined the conference for training. Please make sure distractions are limited, or if possible, mute you telephone during the call.
Conference call training requires each student to perform exercises on their PC, using a SupplyPro simulation, known as a Demo Environment.
After joining the telephone conference call, each student should sign into the Demo Environment using the following link:
Once signed in, use the User ID and Password your instructor has sent to you in a previous eMail. If you have not received this eMail prior to the training, please contact the Hyphen Solutions Customer Care Center.
AOL Users: SupplyPro by design works best using Microsoft Internet Explorer. For those users that use AOL, will be necessary to minimize your AOL application and use Internet Explorer exclusively. If you experience problems or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact Hyphen Solutions Customer Care.
In addition to using the Demo Environment, students may be asked to perform exercises within the real SupplyPro, known as the Live Environment.
