This page provides the ability for the builder to review the email message they have sent via BidConnect.  The page will contain a link for each email message that is sent along with the subcontractors it was sent to and the email address that was used for the subcontractor.

• If the message was sent to multiple subcontractors, it will only be listed once.

• If the attempt to send an email message failed (email address was not a good email address), the failed message is not tracked for the subcontractor with the bad email address.

Filters

• Status – This filter is a drop down list of project statuses.

• Project – This filter is a drop down list of the projects that contain the status selected in the Status filter.

• Email Type – This filter is a drop list of the email message types that are supported in BidConnect; Broadcast, Invitation, Award, Rescind, and Rejection.

• The filter defaults to “All Email Messages”.

Columns

• Date Sent – Date and time stamp of when the email message was sent.

• Type – The type of email message that was sent.

• Clicking on the email message type will open a popup window containing the contents of the email message.

• Subject – This column shows the subject of the email message from the “subject line” when the email message was sent.

• Subcontractor – This column displays the name of the subcontractor that the email message was sent to.

• There will be a line for each subcontractor the email message was sent to.

• Email Address – This column displays the email address the email message was sent to.
