The Projects page is the first page you see when you click on the BidConnect tab in BuildPro. This page has a filter for Bid Status and a list of projects. It provides a list of all projects that have been set up and certain key pieces of information about them. The links under Projects on the Left Nav Bar allow you to create a new project. When you create a new project, you will choose items for each section of the project from each master list, which is set up in the Master Mgmt section.

Left Nav Bar Links:

• Projects - Displays the Project List the user has access to:

• If the user is a builder, the Project List will be all projects for the division the user is logged in to .

• If the user is an architect, the Project List will display the list of project the architect is assigned to.

• Add New - This link is only available for users who are builders and have the Bid Manager role. Opens the builder’s Project List and follows the New Project Wizard.

• Templates - This link is only available for users who are builders and have the Bid Manager role. Opens a new page to manage templates, where the user can:

• Edit an existing template

• Copy an existing one

• Delete a template

Once you create a project, you can copy that project to create a new project without having to re-enter the information.

To copy a project from another project:

1. Click the Copy link next to the project that you want to copy. The Project Edit pop-up window opens.

2. Enter the new Project Name.

3. Click the Update & Close button to save your change. The pop-up window closes.

4. The Projects page displays the newly created project at the bottom of the project list.
