Project Mgmt - Plans

This same page appears when you create a new project or when you edit the project. To move through the New Project Wizard, click on the <Previous or Next> buttons. To access other project pages, click on a link on the Left Nav Bar under Project Mgmt.

 

This page is used to manage plans for a bidding project. Users may get to this page by. Clicking on the Plans link in the left navigation area under the Project Mgmt section. Clicking on the Plans link in the Project Components section of the Project Detail page for a project. You can only add or remove plans from a project if the project is in one of these statuses: Active, In Setup, or Pending.

 

To manage Project Plans:

  1. To include plans in the list of project plans, click the Include check box next to each plan you want to include that is under the Excluded Plans section.

  2. To exclude plans, click the Exclude check box next to each plan you want to exclude that is under the Included Plans section.

  3. Click the Update button in the top right of the page.

  4. To mark the Project Plans section as Complete, click the Complete? check box in the top right of the page.\

  5. Click the Update button. This sets the status of the plans in the Project Components section of the Project Detail page to Complete.
