This page summarizes the bid information at the bid group level. Each plan & elevation column contains the bid data for the “selected” vendor for the bid group.

• All mapped bid groups are shown on the page and each is shown on a separate line.

• The Supplier column is the “selected bidder” for the bid group (set on one of the bid analysis views)

• If no supplier has been selected for a bid group, all columns but the bid group column are blank

• If a vendor has been awarded the bid for a bid group, the row is highlighted in yellow

• The page has a pair of columns for each plan/elevation showing the summarized bid data for all of the cost codes for the bid group and the summarized bid amount divided by the square feet for the plan/elevation.

• When the user scrolls vertically to view plan/elevation data the Bid Group and Supplier columns are “locked” and do not scroll

Columns on the Bid Summary page:

• Bid Group - The bid group code and description separated by a dash

• If a bid group has been designated as a non-bid bid group, an icon will be displayed next to the bid group name (description).

• The entire line for non-bib bid groups will also be highlighted in light blue.

• Supplier - The "selected" supplier for the bid group.

• If a bid group has been designated as a non-bid bid group, Non-Bid Budget will be displayed instead of a subcontractor name.

• Plan Elevation Columns

• Bid - the summarized bid data for all cost codes for the bid group.

• Sq. Ft. - The summarized bid amount divided by the square feet for the plan/elevation

Buttons/Actions

• Bid Status - Clicking on the Bid Status button will take the user to the Project Bid Status page

• Export to Excel - Clicking on the Export to Excel button will open an MS Excel spreadsheet in a new window containing the Project Bid Summary information in the same format as the web page.
