This screen supports the ability to view and update drawings for a project.
When the user clicks on the Project Drawings link on the Project Detail
page, they will be brought to this page to manage the drawings for a project.
They can then include or exclude the drawings for the project.
On the Projects page, click a Project
Name link. The Project Detail for that project opens, and the Project
Mgmt links appear on the Left Nav Bar.
Click the Drawings
link on the Left Nav Bar under Project
Mgmt. The Project Drawings page opens for the chosen project.
To include drawings in the list
of project drawings, click the Include
check box next to each drawing you want to include that is under the Excluded Drawings section.
To exclude drawings, click the Exclude
check box next to each drawing you want to exclude that is under the Included Drawings section.
Click the Update
button in the top right of the page.
To mark the Project Drawings section as Complete, click
the Complete? check box in the
top right of the page.
Click the Update
button. This sets the status of the drawings in the Project Components
section of the Project Detail page to Complete.
Plan - The name
of the plan the drawing file is associated with
File Name -
The name of the DWF file that was uploaded to the BidConnect database
by the architect
Sheet - This
is the "sheet" name assigned to the drawing file. This name
is typically used by architects and others who refer to them
Drawing Name
- The name given to the drawing file when it was uploaded by the architect.
It is the name that will appear on drawing lists in both BuildPro and
SupplyPro. Clicking on the drawing name will allow the user to view it
with the DWF view / take-off tool.
Version - This
is the version number that was assigned to the drawing file by the architect.
Edit (included
list only) - Clicking on the Edit link will open a window for the
user to edit the information about a drawing. See the Actions section.
This column only appears if the project status is "In Setup"
or "Pending"
History (included list only) - Clicking on
the History link will open a window for the user to view the history of
the drawing file. See the Actions section.
Include/Exclude
- Placing a check mark in the include/exclude column and clicking the
Update button will move the drawing from one list to the other. See the
Actions section. These columns only appear if the project status is "In
Setup" or "Pending.”
