Add or Update EPO Rejection Codes
Use this page to add or update EPO Rejection Codes that will be used when an approver from an approval level rejects an EPO.
To add EPO Rejection Codes, enter the Code and Description and click the Add Rejection Codes button. You may enter as many Rejection Codes as you want.
The Code column should match the Rejection Codes found in your ERP system. This code will be included in the export file if you are integrated.
To update an existing EPO Rejection Code, modify the Description and click the Update Rejection Codes button. You may delete a Rejection Code only if it has not been used when an EPO was rejected. You may change the Status of a Rejection Code to Inactive. When the Status is changed to Inactive, the Rejection Code will no longer appear in the drop down box to be selected when an EPO is rejected.
