K.B. Management Division > Location
A location is a room within the home or an area outside the home (e.g., Bedroom - Master, Kitchen, etc.). Add or remove division locations on the Division Location page. At the division level, the Location page displays the ”r;master list” of locations for the entire division. All locations that are available for use by divisions are managed at the corporate level.
This page is organized into two scrollable lists. The list on the left contains the Division Locations, and the list on the right contains the Corporate Locations. The Corporate Locations list contains the corporate locations that have not been chosen by the division but are available to be selected by the division user.
To add division locations:
On the Inspections tab, click on the Manage Knowledge Base button. The K.B. Division page opens.
Click on the Locations button. The Division Location page opens.
Choose a Division from the drop-down list.
Click the Show Locations button. Two boxes appear on the page: Division Locations and Corporate Locations.
To add a location to the division, click on a Location in the Corporate Locations box.
To remove multiple locations, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the locations.
Click the <<Add button. The added location appears in the Division Locations box.
To remove a location from a division, click on a Location in the Division Locations box.
Click the Remove>> button. The removed locations appears in the Corporate Locations box.
