Multi-Family Project Management

The Multi-Family Project Management page is similar to the Multi-Family Project List page in the Templates tab. This page allows the Job Admin to search by Project and then manage Buildings, Floors, and Job assignments. You can update some details of the Project by clicking the Project Name.

To find a Project:

  1. Select a Division. If you are at a Division level, your Division will be selected. If you are at a Region or Company level you will need to choose a Division.

  2. After selecting a Division, the list of Communities will be generated. Select a Community to narrow your search or leave the default choice "All Communities".

  3. Use the Project Status filter if necessary.

  4. Optionally, you may enter the first few letters of the Project Name in the Project Name filter.

  5. Click the Show Projects button.

 

To manage Buildings, Floors, or Assign Jobs to a Building/Floor click the hyperlinked number beside the Project. These numbers represent the number of Buildings, Floors, and Jobs assigned to the Project.

 

You must add Buildings first; then Floors. As the last step, assign Jobs to a Building and Floor.

 

Click the Project Name to update the Start Date or re-calculate the baseline of Jobs in a Building.
