Calendar: 2 Week

Jobs Calendar: Two-Week displays a two-week calendar that lists each task on the day it is scheduled to occur. The default is the current two-week period, but you can click << to display the previous two weeks or >> to view the next two weeks. Tasks are listed on each calendar day according to their status. You can click the task name link to see the Job Task page.

 

To view specific tasks:

  1. Click the Subdivision field and choose the appropriate subdivision.

  2. If needed, click the Job Name field and select the job name for which you want to view tasks. If you do not select a job name, your calendar will list all jobs names in the left column of the calendar.

  1. If needed, click the Supplier field and select the appropriate supplier.

  2. If needed, click the Task Status field and select the appropriate task status.

  3. If needed, change the value in the Max Tasks field.

  4. Click the Show Tasks button. The two-week calendar appears with the tasks listed within the appropriate days.

  5. Click the Job Name link in the Switch To field to open the Job Actions page.

 

To see your day calendar:

On the two-week calendar, click the number link for a specific day of the week. The daily calendar appears showing all tasks for that day.

 

 

Calendar Filters

  • Subdivision – Defaults to the subdivision name that contains the selected job. Lists all subdivisions assigned to user. Allows user to choose a one subdivision or ‘All Subdivisions.’

  • Phase – Defaults to the phase that contains the selected job. Lists all phases assigned to user under the selected subdivision. Allows user to choose one or ‘All Phases.’

  • Group – Defaults to the group that contains the selected job. Lists all groups assigned to user under the selected phase. Allows user to choose one or ‘All Groups.’ If selected job is not in a group, this filter is grayed out.

  • Job Name – Defaults to the selected job. Lists all jobs assigned to user under assigned phase/group. Allows user to choose one or ‘All Jobs.’

  • Task Status – Defaults to ‘All Task Statuses’. Allows user to choose one of the following statuses: Scheduled & In-Progress, Scheduled, In-Progress, Cancelled, Complete, Skipped, or All Task Statuses.

  • Task Desc – Defaults to ‘All Tasks’ under the selected job.

  • Supplier – Defaults to ‘All Suppliers’ under the selected job.

  • Max Tasks – Defaults to display 100 tasks on the calendar.

  • Switch to – Click on the Job Name link under the Show Tasks button to open the Job Actions page.

  • Task Description – Displays the task description of the task. Previously, displayed the task name.

  • Task Start Date – Displays tasks based on their adjusted start date.  Tasks are displayed on their adjusted start date except when the task has a multi-day duration.
