Task Update: Supplier

The Task Update: Supplier screen allows you to designate suppliers for multiple tasks.

 

To filter the tasks appearing in the list.

  1. If needed, click the Job Name link and select a different job.

  2. Change the Stage, Status, Task Type and Supplier fields as needed. A list appears of tasks for your job, based on the criteria you entered.

 

To designate suppliers:

  1. In the New Supplier column, next to the desired task, click the drop-down box and choose the appropriate supplier.

Tasks without a drop-down menu in the New Supplier column indicate that the supplier assigned to this task cannot be changed. This applies to tasks that are In Progress or Completed.

 

  1. To add materials or services to a task, click the task name link to open the Job Task page.

  2. Click Update Job.
