Add Users to Job by Name

The Add Users to Job by Name page lets you assign existing users to a particular job. You can click the Job Name link to select a different job. All existing user names appear by default. If you want to search for a specific user name, use the Name Search box.

 

To add users to a job:

  1. In the Name Search box, click the Last Name Initial field and select the first initial of the user's last name.

  2. In the Name Search box, type the user's Last Name in the appropriate field.

  3. In the Name Search box, type the user's First Name in the appropriate field. The system will search for users with "like" first names.

  4. Click the Search button.

    Result: A list of all users with names matching the search criteria you used appears.

  5. Click the Add check box next to the user name that you want to assign to the job.

  6. Click the Add Users to Job button.

  7. Click the Return to Job Users link to return to the Job Users page.
