Add Users to Job by Organization

The Add Users to Job by Organization page lets you assign a user to a particular job by selecting from an organizations' users. This type of search is helpful if you do not know the user's name, but know the organization in which they belong. You can click the Job Name link to select a different job.

All existing user names in your organization appear by default. Click the Organization link to display users assigned to that particular organization.

 

To add users to a job by organization:

  1. Click the Add check box next to the user name that you want to assign to the job.

  2. Click the Add Users to Job button.
