Process Queued Docs

Queued docs are recurring lien documents that have a trigger assigned and have been set to queue. Once the trigger occurs, these documents are sent to the queue for users to review before sending to SupplyPro.

 

To process queued docs:

  1. Choose a Job and Supplier from the drop-down lists (Optional). You may also filter the list by Check Number.

  2. Click the Show Docs button. The list of queued documents appears.

  3. Click on the magnifying glass under the View column to view the lien document template. A PDF version opens in a separate window.

  4. Click on the red X in the Delete column to delete a document from the Queue. Click OK on the confirmation message to delete the document.

  5. To transmit a document to the supplier/trade without reviewing it, click the radio button under the Process column next to each document you want to transmit.

If the document shows the Caution icon instead a Process button, refer to the instructions below for correcting a lien document.

  1. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page. All selected documents are transmitted to the appropriate supplier.

  2. After you transmit a document, it no longer appears on the list of queued documents. You can view the document on the View Transmitted Docs page.

 

To review and correct a lien doc before transmitting it:

  1. Click on the Correct link to make corrections to the document before transmitting it to the supplier. The Correction pop-up window opens.

  2. Enter data in the Change Data in Doc to column to correct the existing data. Data with a red asterisk means the data is required and must be filled in.

  3. Click the Process Doc button to transmit the lien document to the supplier with the corrections. Or, click Cancel to close the pop-up window without saving the changes or transmitting the document.

  4. If you transmit the document, it no longer appears in the list of queued documents.
