Process Recurring Docs

All recurring docs (templates) may be processed (filled in and transmitted to the supplier/trade) manually. Each Division can set up an unlimited number of recurring docs that are manually processed. Only one template may be setup for processing by Payment Data.

For builders who do not send Payment Data, all recurring docs must be set to the Manual trigger. Each time a lien document needs to be generated, the user must go to the Process Recurring Doc page to process and transmit the lien document to the supplier.

 

To manually process recurring docs:

  1. Choose a Recurring Doc, Supplier, Subdivision, and Job from the drop-down lists. The Job drop-down list appears after the user chooses a Subdivision. Depending on the document type, different filters will appear. Check Number may or may not be required.

  2. Click the Show Fields button. The page displays each lien Document Field and the BuildPro information that will be inserted into those fields (Current Data in Doc).

  3. You may change the data by using the text boxes in the Change Data in Doc To column. A red asterisk beside the text box indicates required information you must enter.

  4. Click the Transmit Lien to Supplier button in the bottom right of the page. The lien document will be transmitted to SupplyPro.

 

Only suppliers/trades that have been setup with a SupplyPro account appear in the Supplier filter. To have a supplier/trade setup to receive lien documents contact Customer Care.

 

Optionally, this page may have a grid at the bottom of the page for which to enter supporting data. If so, be sure to enter this data.
