Template Management

Add a New Template (4 of 4)

This page displays general information about the new template that you are creating.

 

Enter the following information:

  • In the Template Name field, type a descriptive name for your template.

  • In the Organization field, type the organization that you want this new template to belong to.

If the new organization is not the same as the organization you copied from or is not a child of the organization you copied from, all suppliers associated with tasks will be set to "self-supplied."

 

  • In the Template Number field, type any numeric identifier you would like to use to describe your template.

  • In the Elevation field, type the elevation for the plan or model that will use this template.

  • In the EPO Authority Amount field type the dollar amount of approval limit for EPO's. This amount will be copied to all jobs created from the new template.

  • Click the Warning button to show the user a soft warning when going over the limit of an EPO. If checked, the user only gets a soft warning and the EPO is sent to the vendor without approval.

  • Click the Locked button if the EPO will not be sent  to the vendor without approval.

  • In the MPO Authority Amount field type the dollar amount of approval authority for the organization for a Measurement PO. This amount will be copied to each job created from the new template.

  • In the MPO Authority Percent field, type the percentage of dollar amount a user is allowed to receive above the original PO amount before needing approval. This percent will be copied to each job created from the new template.

  • In the Floors field, type the number of floors for the plan or model that will use this template.

  • In the Bedrooms field, type the number of bedrooms for the plan or model that will use this template.

  • In the Sq Ft Total field, type the total square footage of the plan or model that will use this template.

  • In the Sq Ft A/C field, type the square footage for the air- conditioned rooms of the plan or model that will use this template.

  • In the Notes/Instruction field type any general notes and instruction you would like to include about this template.

 

Click the Add New Template button to add the template.
