Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Builder Production Report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Region- Drop-down filter with a list of all of company regions. The user only sees this list if the user logs in at the corporate/highest level. Users can only choose one region for performance purposes. Otherwise, if a user logs in at a regional level, the drop-down filter is not available. The report layout itself does not contain a column for region. Displays regions in alphabetical order.
Division - Multi-select filter with a list of all divisions for a specific region. The user only sees this list if the user has regional-level access. However, some companies do have an ”operations” level in their org hierarchy, which is between a region and a division. So, if a user logs in at an operations level, the report only displays the divisions tied to that operation. Otherwise, a user will login at a divisional level, and the multi-select filter is not available. Displays divisions in alphabetical order.
Community - Multi-select filter with a list of all communities contained in the division(s) selected. Selecting a different division will refresh the community list to show all communities in the selected division. Displays communities in alphabetical order.
Area Manager - Multi-select filter with a list of area managers for a given community or communities. Selecting a different community will refresh the area manager list to show all area managers for the selected community or communities. Displays area managers in alphabetical order by first name.
Construction Manager - Multi-select filter with a list of all construction managers (job primaries) assigned under the area manager(s) selected. Selecting a different area manager will refresh the construction manager list to show all construction managers assigned under the area manager(s) selected. Displays construction managers in alphabetical order by first name.
Active Homesites - When this is checked, the report only displays jobs with an active status. Both the Active Homesites and Closed Homesites check boxes can be checked at the same time. The report to show only Active homes when neither of these check boxes are checked.
Closed Homesites - When this is checked, the report only displays jobs with a closed/complete status. Checking this filter also displays the USE CLOSEHOME Milestone Task and Use Max Task Comp filters. Both the Active Homesites and Closed Homesites check boxes can be checked at the same time. The report to show only Active homes when neither of these check boxes are checked.
Use CLOSEHOME Milestone Task - This radio button option appears when the Closed Homesites check box is checked. When this option is selected, the report looks at the actual completion date of the CLOSEHOME milestone task. The completion date of the CLOSEHOME task will be used as the closed date. The report only counts a task if its completion date falls within the date range entered in the Actual Comp Date From/To filter. When selected, homes that do not contain the CLOSEHOME milestone will not be counted.
Use Max Task Comp - This radio button option appears when the Closed Homesites check box is checked. When this option is selected, the report looks at the maximum task end date in the job schedule and reports on its actual completion date. The report only counts a task if its completion date falls within the date range entered in the Actual Comp Date From/To filter. For homes that contain a job status of complete but still contain open tasks, the max completion date will be used as the closed date.
Actual Comp Date From/To - This date range filter displays when the Closed Homesites filter check box is checked. This filter looks at whether the Use CLOSEHOME Milestone Task or the Use Max Task Comp radio button option is selected. This date range filter is only used for homes that are in completed status. If the Use CLOSEHOME Milestone Task radio button is selected, the report displays homes where the job status is complete and where the CLOSEHOME task’s actual completion date is within the date range specified. If the Use Max Task Comp radio button is selected, the report displays homes where the job status is complete and where the max task end date’s actual completion date is within the date range specified.
