Construction Progress II
The Construction Progress II report tracks the last completed milestone, including the completion date and associated stage. The report also tracks the difference between the Adjusted New Home Presentation (NHP) date and the Baseline NHP date.
To generate the report:
Click the Division drop-down list and select the appropriate division.
Click the Subdivision multi-select button . The multi-select pop-up window opens.
Click the check box next to each Subdivision you want. Click the OK button at the bottom of the pop-up window to save your selections.
Choose from the other filters. (Optional)
Click the Generate Report button.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Construction Progress II report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Division - Drop-down filter if report user is at a top level org. If report user is at a division-level org, the division name is displayed, and the user can only report on subdivisions in that division. If report user is at a community-level org, the user can only filter the report by community.
Subdivision - Multi-select filter if report user is at a top level org or a division-level org. If user logs in at a community level, the subdivision name is displayed, and the user can only report on jobs in that subdivision.
Area Manager - Drop-down filter that defaults to ’All AMs.’ This filter only displays AMs tied to the subdivision(s) selected.
Construction Manager - Drop-down filter that defaults to ’All.’ Displays all construction managers in selected division(s) alphabetically.
Job Status - Drop-down filter that defaults to 'All.’ Statuses include: Active, Cancelled, Complete, Hold, and Inventory.
Report Columns
Subdivision - Subdivision in which the job is located
Job - JDE Job Id associated with the home.
Address - Physical address of the job within the subdivision.
Purchaser - Name from JDE Lot Master.
Phase - Subdivision’s development stage; a sub-set of the subdivision.
Lot/Block - Shows the specific lot and block where the home resides within the Subdivision/Phase.
Plan - Shows the specific job plan/design name.
Elevation/Swing - Elevation and swing from JDE Lot Master.
Const Manager - Primary user associated with the job.
Area Manager - Manager Primary integration user for the community.
Start Date - Actual Start Date of the home.
Baseline NHP Date - Represents the New Home Presentation task before the close of the home in the construction schedule (baseline end date).
Adjusted NHP Date - Represents the New Home Presentation task before the close of the home in the construction schedule (adjusted end date).
Days Ahead/Behind - This is the difference between the baseline NHP end date vs. the actual NHP end date of the most recently completed milestone task.
If the actual end date is less than its baseline end date, displays the number as a positive green number.
If the actual end date is greater than its baseline end date, displays the number as a red negative number.
If the actual end date is equal to the baseline end date, displays the number as simply 0.
Last Completed Milestone - Displays the milestone task that was completed last in the schedule with that milestone's key.
Task Description - This is the description associated with the last completed milestone task.
Milestone Completion Date - Represents the date that the milestone task was completed.
Stage - Represents the current stage that the job is in. The current stage for a job is determined based on the last milestone in the previous stage being in complete status. If there is more than one milestone in a stage, the last milestone must be complete for the stage is considered complete.
