Critical Path Tasks by Job
This report displays critical path tasks by job and their baseline and adjusted dates. The baseline and adjusted dates are used to show number of days late by critical path task.
It is up to the construction manager in the field to update the start and end times of job tasks. If these times are not updated in a timely matter, the data in this report may not reflect correct duration.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Critical Path Tasks by Job report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Date Range &endash; Enter a date range to filter the report by the tasks’ adjusted start dates. Defaults to blank.
Division &endash; Filter by division. For a corporate user, lists all divisions. For a division user, lists the division to which the user is assigned. Required filter.
Community &endash; Filter by one community or all communities in the selected division. Defaults to All.
Job Status &endash; Filter by one or all job statuses: Active, Cancelled, Complete, Hold, or Inventory. Defaults to Active.
Job &endash; Filter by one job or all jobs in the selected community. Defaults to All.
Job Primary &endash; Filter by one or all job primaries assigned to the selected job, community, or division.
Job State &endash; Filter by one job state or by all job states: Rough, Trim, Rough & Trim, or None. Defaults to Rough & Trim.
Task Type &endash; Filter by one or all task types: MPO, Pause, Contract, Memo, PO, Reminder, Pay Point, or WO. Defaults to All.
Task Status &endash; Filter by one or all task statuses: Scheduled & In Progress, Cancelled, Complete, In Progress, Scheduled, or Skipped. Defaults to All.
Critical Path Tasks &endash; Choose whether or not to filter the report by critical path tasks: Critical Path Only, Non-Critical Path Only, or Both. Defaults to Critical Path Only.
Report Columns
Community &endash; Displays the name and number of the community that contains the task.
Job &endash; Displays the name of the job that contains the task.
Job Primary &endash; Displays the name of the job primary assigned to the job that contains the task.
Task Name &endash; Displays the name of the task. An ssterisk * in front of the task name indicates the task is a critical path task.
Contract Detail &endash; Displays the supplier ID number and PO number for the supplier and task in each row.
Task Type - Displays the task type for each task in the report.

Task Status &endash; Displays the task status of the task: Scheduled, In Progress, Cancelled, Complete, or Skipped.
Supplier &endash; Displays the name of the supplier assigned to the task.
Baseline Start Date - Displays the baseline start date of the task.
Adjusted Start Date - Displays the adjusted start date of the task.
Adjusted Duration - Displays the adjusted duration of the task.
Baseline Duration &endash; Displays the baseline duration of the task, which comes from the template/task the job/task was created from. The report compares the adjusted duration to the baseline duration. If the adjusted baseline is different from the baseline, it displays the adjusted duration in red.
Days Late - To calculate days late, the report subtracts the adjusted start date from the baseline start date. A negative number indicates the task is ahead of schedule.
