Date Range From/To &endash; Allows user to filter the jobs based on the adjusted end date of the job close milestone. The report will look for jobs where the adjusted end date of the job close milestone entered is included or between the dates selected. If no job close milestone is entered, the report uses the max task of the job. Jobs where the job close milestone is not found will have an * asterisk in the Job Close Date column. For these jobs, it display the dates for the job max task. The default for the date range is: From &endash; one month prior to today’s date; To &endash; today’s date.
Job Close Milestone &endash; Enter a milestone key to have the report look for that milestone key in the job tasks. If found, the milestone task’s baseline and adjusted dates will be displayed in the Job Close Date column. If the milestone key entered is not found in a job, the report displays the job using the max task date and displays an asterisk beside the job close baseline date in the Job Close Date column. If no milestone key is entered, the report is based on the max task date from each job, and it displays an asterisk beside the baseline (top) date in the Job Close Date column.
