Cycle Time by Supplier
This report shows the adjusted duration versus the baseline duration for tasks according to supplier.
To generate the report:
Choose a Date Range.
Choose a Division from the drop-down list. The Community filter displays all communities in that division.
Choose a Community from the drop-down list. The Job filter displays all jobs in that community.
Choose a Job from the drop-down list. The Supplier filter displays all suppliers in that community.
Choose a Supplier from the drop-down list.
Choose a Task Type from the drop-down list.
Choose a Primary User from the drop-down list.
Click the Generate Report button. The Cycle Time by Supplier report opens.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Cycle Time by Supplier report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Date Range - Click the arrow on a date field to pop-up window a calendar. Click on a date on the calendar to choose it. Pick a date for each date field to report on that date range. Or, click in the date field to type in a date manually. Click the Select Date button to choose a different type of date field to filter the report.
Division - Contains a list of all divisions. If the user is assigned at a division-level org, the report pre-populates the division. Defaults to All Divisions.
Community - Contains a list of all communities based on the division filter selected. The user may select an individual community or all communities. Defaults to All Communities.
Job - Contains a list of all jobs based on the community filter selected. The user may select an individual job or all jobs in that community. Defaults to All Jobs.
Supplier - Contains a list of all suppliers assigned to the job(s) selected. The user may select only one supplier to filter the report.
Task Type - Choose one task type or all task types. Defaults to All Task Types.
Primary User - Choose one job primary or all job primaries. Defaults to All Job Primaries.
Report Columns
Community - Displays the community number and community name based on the division/community selected. The communities are sorted alphabetically within each division.
Job - Displays a list of jobs based on the division, community, and job filter selections.
Job Primary - Displays the first and last name of the job primary associated to the each job in the report.
Supplier - Displays the supplier name based on the job/task(s) in the report.
Task Name - Displays the name of the task associated to the job/supplier. Uses the task description field to display the task name.
Contract Detail - Displays the supplier number and PO number for the supplier and task in each row respectively.
Task Type - Display the task type for each task in the report.
A - Measurement PO
B - Pause
F - Fixed Contract
M - Memo
P - Purchase Order
R - Reminder
T - Pay Point
W - Work Order
Task Status - Displays the task status for tasks/POs displayed on the report: Schedule, In Progress, Cancelled, Complete, or Skipped.
Adj Start Date - Displays the adjusted start date for tasks/POs displayed on the report.
Adj Duration - Displays the adjusted duration for tasks/POs displayed on the report. The adjusted duration uses the current duration for the job/task. The report compares the adjusted duration to the baseline duration. If the adjusted duration is different, the report displays the adjusted duration in red.
Baseline Duration - Displays the baseline duration for tasks/POs displayed on the report. To calculate baseline duration, the report identifies the template/task the job/task was created from and compares the duration. The template/task duration will be considered the baseline duration and will be displayed in the baseline duration column.
Task/Supplier Average - After each group of supplier/task, the report displays an average row. This row displays the average of the adjusted duration and baseline duration for the grouping of supplier/task.
