Construction Status

The Construction Status report shows, by subdivision, job status, and pause/hold days, the current status of each stage of a job. The report lets you see each job, the start date, the projected completion date and, how many days the job is ahead or behind schedule.

To generate the report:

  1. Select the Subdivision, Job Status, Show Pause/Hold Days, and Use Date Task Completed filters as needed.

  2. Choose "Yes" or "No" on the Use Job Sequence filter.

  3. Click Generate Report.

  4. Click the Job Name or Sequence column header to sort the jobs by that column.

The Milestone Module

You can view the milestone dates for each stage, on this report, if the milestone module is used. For help on using milestones with this report, contact Hyphen Solutions Support. If the milestone module is used, the report will display the maximum baseline end and maximum adjusted end dates for the stage’s milestone task. If there is more than one milestone task within the stage, the dates are used from the latest milestone task. If the milestone module is turned not used, the report will display the maximum baseline end & maximum adjusted end for each stage.

Where Does That Come From?

Below is a list of information in the Construction Status Report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Org/Subdiv - Use the Subdivision drop down box to filter the report by that subdivision.

Job Status - Use the Job Status drop down box to filter the report by job status.

Show Pause/Hold Days - Use the Pause/Hold Days field to view the number of pause/hold days for a job.

Use Date Task Completed - The Use Date Task Completed filter will change the second date used in the stage column. 'Yes' will use the date the task was marked complete and 'No' will use the end date of the task.

Use Job Sequence - Choose "No," the default, to sort the jobs by job name. Choose "Yes" to sort the jobs by sequence number. If you choose "Yes," and the report contains jobs with and without sequence numbers, the jobs with sequence numbers will be sorted first, then the other jobs will be sorted by job name beneath that.

Report Columns
