Failed Fax Detail

The Failed Fax Detail report is generated when you click a task name link from the Failed Fax List. The detail on this report is the information contained in the fax for the PO or delivery receipt notification.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Click the Job User box, and select the appropriate user or all users.

  2. Click the Job field and select the appropriate job or all jobs.

  3. If needed, click the Supplier field and select the appropriate supplier or all suppliers.

  4. Click the Task Status field and select the status of the tasks that are to appear in the list.

  5. In the Last Attempt From and To fields, enter the date range for when you want to find failed faxes.

  6. Click Show Faxes. The Failed Fax List appears first.

  7. Click the appropriate task name link to see the Failed Fax Detail information.
