Home Status

The Home Status report is used to print the key dates for construction status on homes under construction and on closed homes. The report also shows current stage, revision days, days ahead or behind, the overall percentage complete for the job, baseline building days, revised building days, actual building days, variance building days (actual less revised), and total calendar days and last updated.

The report looks for all milestone key tasks that are in a status of Scheduled or In Progress. Of these tasks, the report will use the task with the earliest adjusted start date to identify the "Current Stage."
