Home Progress
The Home Progress report shows the days ahead or behind for jobs in a chosen region, division, or community (subdivision). The report is grouped by region, then division, then community. The report also shows the job primary, start date, baseline end date, adjusted end date, promised end date, and pause/hold days. See the descriptions below for more detailed information on each filter and column.

Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Home Progress Report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Region - Shows all the regions by which you can filter.
Division - Shows all the divisions by which you can filter. This list is populated based on what region you choose. Defaults to -All Divisions-.
Community - A multi-select filter that shows all the communities or subdivisions by which you can filter. This list is populated based on what division you choose. Defaults to -All Communities-.
Construction Manager - A multi-select filter that shows the job primaries by which you can filter. This list is populated based on what community you choose. Defaults to -All Primaries-.
Days Ahead/Behind - Enter a positive number (e.g., 5) to filter by that many days ahead and more, and enter a negative number (e.g., -5) to filter by that many days behind and more. Or, leave this filter blank to show all jobs.
Start Date From/To - Enter a job start date range to show jobs that have a start date within that range. Start date found on the Job Detail page.
Adjusted End Date From/To - Enter an adjusted end date range to show jobs that have an adjusted end date within that range.
Job Status - A multi-select filter that shows the job statuses by which you can filter. Defaults to -All Statuses-.
Report Columns
Homesite - The alternate job id sent to BuildPro from the accounting back-office.
Address - The job address, found on the Job Detail page.
Plan - The plan number sent to BuildPro from the accounting back-office.
ELE - The elevation id.
SWG - The swing of the job--left (L) or right (R).
TYP - The lot owner code, which indicates the type of house (e.g., spec home, model home, sold home).
Construction Manager - The job primary of the job.
Area Manager - The contact's name from the organization that the job belongs to. Found on the Org Detail page.
Start Date - The start date of the job, sent to BuildPro from the accounting back-office. Found on the Job Detail page.
Adjusted End Date - The maximum adjusted end date for any task in the job schedule.
Base End Date - The maximum baseline end date for any task in the job schedule.
Pause/Hold Days - The total number of days the job has been paused or on hold.
Days +/- - The difference between the baseline end date and the adjusted end date, not including company holidays. This also does not include weekends, unless the Saturday/Sunday indicator is turned on for that job.
Promised End Date - The end date of the job as promised to the buyer. Found on the Job Detail page.
Calendar Days - The total days from the start date to the adjusted end date, including weekends and company holidays.
Duration - The total days from the start date to the adjusted end date, not including company holidays. This also does not include weekends, unless the Saturday/Sunday indicator is turned on for that job.
Last Milestone Completed - Shows the task name of the last milestone task completed.
Report Summaries
Community Subtotal / Averages - Total number of communities that fit the chosen filters / Average of the days behind and ahead for all the jobs in that community / Average duration for all the jobs in that community
Division Total / Average - Total number of divisions that fit the chosen filters / Average of the days behind and ahead for all the jobs in that division / Average duration for all the jobs in that division
Region Total / Average - Total number of regions that fit the chosen filters / Average of the days behind and ahead for all the jobs in that region / Average duration for all the jobs in that region
