The Job Close by Month: Detail report shows a list of jobs that are
scheduled to close during a specific month and year. Information about
each job includes the job name, start date, baseline and adjusted end
dates, the status of the job schedule, the stage that was last completed,
and any stages currently in progress.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Close by Month Report and
where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Month
- Choose a month on which to report from the drop-down list.
Year
- Choose a year on which to report from the drop-down list.
Report
Columns
Job Name
- Job name. Same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab.
Start Date
- Start date of the job from the job detail page. This may not
necessarily be the start date of the first task in the schedule.
Baseline
End - The maximum baseline end date in the job schedule. This may
not be the last task in the last stage of the job. The number of days
in duration from the Start Date to the Baseline End date.
Adjusted
End - The maximum adjusted end date of any task in the schedule.
This may not be the last task in the last stage of the job. The number
of days in duration from the Start Date to the Adjusted End date.
Pause/Hold Days - Number of total days the job was placed on
hold or paused.
Net Days
- Difference in days between the Baseline End date and the Adjusted
End date plus Pause/Hold days.
Days Behind - Difference
in days between the Baseline End date and the Adjusted End date.
Stage Last
Complete - The last stage of the job schedule that has been completed
(where all tasks are complete, cancelled or skipped), the date the last
task of that stage was completed, and the number of weeks it took to complete
the stage.
Stage(s)
in Progress - This field shows the current stage(s) in progress
and the date it is scheduled to be completed.
