On the Job Closings by Month Trend report, click on a hyperlinked number in a month cell to drill down into the report and open the Job Closings by Month Trend Detail.

The detail report shows the job, job primary, and the Report by filter selected on the main report. The 78005 Milestone will be displayed if selected. The Promised End Date will be displayed if selected. If Last Task is selected, the report displays the adjusted end date of the last task in the schedule.

The drill-down report carries over the region, division, and community filters from the main report as well as the month and year selected. The report groups jobs by region, division, and community.

Below is a list of information in the Job Closings by Month Trend - Detail report and where the information comes from.

Report Columns

Region - Displays the name of the region that contains the job closing.

Division - Displays the name of the division that contains the job closing.

Community - Displays the name of the community that contains the job closing.

Job - Displays the name of the job that is closing.

Job Primary - Displays the name of the job primary assigned to the job that is closing.

Job Status - Displays the job status of the job: Active, Cancelled, Complete, or Inventory.

House Type - Displays the house type of the job: Cancelled, Closed, Model, Pending, Sold, Spec, or Transferred.

"Report by" Date - 78005 Milestone: Displays the maximum adjusted end date for the job task with the 78005 Milestone. Promised End Date: Displays the promised end date of the job. Last Task: Displays the maximum adjusted end date for the job.
