The Job Initiation report shows a list of your organization's
subdivisions and the number of phases in each. Click into a subdivision
to more detail including baseline dates for job tasks, adjusted dates,
and the number of days late for these tasks.
To generate the report:
Click a subdivision link to open a list of all jobs
that have started within the subdivision. Click a permit number to see task level detail for that
job.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Initiation Report and where
the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Job Name
- This is the actual name of the job within the subdivision.
Subdivision
- This field shows the name of the subdivision.
Phase -
This field shows the phase name.
Selected
- This field shows the address of the job you selected from the
previous screen.
Report
Columns
Task -
The Task column shows all tasks for the job.
Supplier
- Supplier associated to the task.
Initial
Start - Baseline start date of the task.
Adjusted
Start - The Adjusted Start column shows the date the task was started.
Days Late
- Difference in days between the Initial Start and Adjusted
Start.

If a task started early,
the Days Late column will show
a negative number. |
