Job Initiation - Subdivision Phase Status

The Job Initiation – Subdivision Phase Status report is part of the Job Initiation series of reports. This report shows all tasks within a subdivision, by phase. The table shows the tasks, corresponding cost code for each task, and the lots that are in progress. Each lot has a color-coded date in the column for each task. The dates represent the dates the task is scheduled, completed, in progress or skipped. At the bottom of the report is an estimated completion date for the job.. The column headings represent lot numbers.

 

To see further detail:

Click the Permit Number link, or click the column heading number link (this column heading represents the lot number) to see detail about the completed tasks for each job. The Job Initiation - Job Summary page appears.

 

Field Descriptions Table

Subdivision: This is the actual subdivision name.

Phase: This is the phase name within the subdivision.

Task: The Task column shows each task name within the job.

Cost Code: The Cost Code shows the code (or accounting code) used for the specific task. This is used for billing purposes.

Lot Designations: The remaining column shows each lot within the phase. Each column has a color-coded date. Blue – shows the scheduled date of a task,  Red – shows the completed date of a task,  Green – shows the date a task became In Progress,  Orange – shows the date a task was skipped
