The Job Primary Performance report shows each job, the job primary, total hold/pause days and the net construction days including the total days ahead or behind for performance purposes.
To generate the report:
Choose a Job Primary from the drop-down list that you want to appear on the report, or select all job primaries.
Use the Job Status filter to view jobs of a particular status.
Click the Generate Report button.
Below is a list of information in the Job Primary Performance Report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Job Primary - List of all job primaries for the org. Defaults to -All Job Primaries-.
Job Status - List of all job statuses. Defaults to -All Jobs-.
Report Columns
Job - Lists job name by subdivision. Job name can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Job Name field. Report sorts by subdivision name.
Job Primary - Job primary / job super on job which can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Primary Contact field.
Job Start Date - BuildPro Start Date which can be found Job Detail Summary page in the Start Date column. This date is not necessarily the start date of the first task on the job.
Baseline End - Maximum Baseline End date for the job.
Adj End Date - Maximum Adjusted End date for the job.
Total Baseline Days - Number of construction days between the job start date (BuildPro start date) and the maximum baseline end date of the job. Construction days meaning taking holiday and weekend indicators into account. The BuildPro start date is not necessarily the start date of the first task. It’s the initial job start date as sent over from the back office.
Act Const Days - Number of construction days between the job start date (BuildPro start date) and the maximum adjusted end date of the job. Construction days meaning taking holiday and weekend indicators into account. The BuildPro start date is not necessarily the start date of the first task. It’s the initial job start date as sent over from the back office.
Days on Hold/Pause - Number of duration days for all pause/hold tasks combined for a job.
Net Const Days - Act Const Days minus Days on Hold/Pause. Pause/hold days are not included as part of the actual construction days.
Days Behind - Act Const Days minus Total Baseline Days. A positive number means the job is behind schedule; a negative number means the job is ahead of schedule.
Subdivision - Subdivision to which the jobs below it belong (under Job column).
