The Job QA Task Status report is in two sections: Job QA Task Status
- Active Subdivisions and Job QA Task Status -
Active QA Jobs. The Job QA Task Status - Active Subdivisions report lists
subdivisions in your company and the number of jobs in each subdivision.
To generate the report:
Click a subdivision link to open a list of all active QA jobs for the
selected subdivision.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job QA Task Status Report and
where the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Subdivision
- This shows the subdivision name you chose from the previous page
Organization
- This field shows the organization name that is responsible for
the subdivision.
Job(s) -
This drop down box shows the names of the jobs within the selected subdivision.
Report
Columns
Job Name
- Job name. Same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab.
Task -
This is the name of the task in the schedule.
Subtask
- The Subtask shows the checklist item associated with the task.
Status -
This shows the status of the checklist item as either pending, pass, or
failed.
Notes -
This shows any notes associated with the task.
