The Job Status by User - Cost Code report displays a list of jobs by subdivision. A cost code is entered in the filters section and this cost code is used to compare the baseline of that cost code to the adjusted date to get a perspective of the job schedule based on that cost code.
To generate the report:
Select an Account Set and enter a cost code in the Cost Code text field.
Select choices from the Available Users, Subdivision, and Show Percent Complete filters
Click the Generate Report.
Below is a list of information in the Job Status by User - Cost Code report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Select Account Set - Choose an account set to populate the User and Subdivision filters.
Available Users - List of all available users for org. Defaults to user that logs in.
Subdivision - List of all subdivisions for org. Defaults to all subdivisions.
Cost Code - Free form text field to enter cost code. Defaults to blank, but a cost code must be entered.
Show Percent Complete - Gives option to see percent of job that’s complete. Defaults to No. Choose Yes to see % Complete column on the report.
Max Rows - Free form text field to specify max number of rows to report on. Defaults to 100.
Report Columns
Job Name - Name of the job which can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Job Name field.
Plan/Elevation/Swing - Builder’s house plan which can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Builder’s Plan field / Elevation of the home which can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Elevation field / Swing of the home which can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Swing field.
Start Date - BuildPro start date of the job as sent over initially from the back office system. This date can be found on the Job Detail Summary page in the Start Date field as it not necessarily the start date of the first task on the job.
Baseline End - Baseline End date of the task whose cost code is being reported on.
Adjusted End - Adjusted End date of the task whose cost code is being reported on.
Days Behind - Difference in days between the Baseline End & Adjusted End dates. A positive number means the task is behind schedule; a negative number means the task is ahead of schedule.
Last Task Status Change - Date and time the task was last modified which can be found on the Job Task Summary page in the Last Status Change field.
Last Stage Complete - Displays stage name of the last completed stage for the job (stage with all tasks complete). Also shows the date the stage was completed which is the max actual completion date. This date can be found in the Complete column in JME.
Stage(s) In Progress - Shows all current stages in progress for the job which is any stage that contains at least one in progress task.
% Complete - Shows percent of job that’s complete. This column will only display if the user picks to see this information in the Show Percent Complete filter.
