Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Job Status report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Subdivision - The subdivision chosen from the previous page.

Organization - This field shows the organization name that is responsible for the subdivision.

Report Columns

Stage - The Stage column shows the Job Name first, then all stages within that job beneath it. If you click the Job Name link, the Job Status - Job Summary page appears. In order for the report to display a stage as complete, all tasks within the stage must be in Complete, Skipped, or Cancelled status.

Status - The Status column contains the symbols that show the status of each stage.

Min Start Date - This is the minimum actual start date of the stage which can be found by looking at the specific stage’s tasks in JME under the Start Date column.  The actual start date is the date the start date is set to when the user checks the start check box for a specific task.

Max End Date - This is the maximum actual complete date of the stage which can be found by looking at the specific stage’s tasks in JME under the Complete column.  The complete date is the actual day the user checks the complete check box.  The date filled in is the current date.

Job - Job to which the stages below it belong (under Stage column). Click the Job link to open the Job Summary report.
