The Job Status by User - By Subdivisions report lists jobs by subdivision
by user, the job start and end dates, the last stage completed, and the
date of the stage completion. Click a subdivision link to view details
regarding the status of each job, by user.
To generate:
Click a subdivision link. Change the Job Supervisor drop down box to see jobs
for different users.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Job Status by User by Subdivision
report and where the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Subdivision
- The subdivision selected from the previous page.
Organization
- The organization selected from the previous page.
Job Supervisor
- Allows the user to sort the report by primary user of jobs in
the subdivision selected.
Report
Columns
Job Name
- The Job Name column shows the names of the jobs within the selected
subdivision.
Job Start
Date - Start date of the job from the job detail page. This may
not necessarily be the start date of the first task in the schedule.
Job End
Date - Maximum adjusted end date of any task in the schedule. This
may not be the last task in the last stage.
Last Completed
Stage - The last stage of the job schedule that has been completed
(where all tasks are complete, cancelled or skipped).
Stage Completion
Date - The Stage Completion Date column shows the date the stage
was completed.
