The Late Active Jobs report shows you a list of jobs that are behind
schedule and the number of days they are behind. Click the Job name link
to see the Late Active Jobs – Job Summary report, which shows a quick
view of the number of days ahead or behind schedule for each task.
To generate the report:
Select a subdivision or all subdivisions from the drop
down box.
Choose Yes or No from the Show Pause/Hold Days drop
down box.
Click Generate Report.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Late Active Jobs report and where
the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Job Name
- Name of the job selected from the previous page.
Subdivision
- Name of the subdivision of the job.
Phase -
Phase within the subdivision for the job.
Report
Columns
Task -
Shows the name of the task.
Supplier
- Shows the name of the supplier for the task.
Initial
Start - Shows the baseline start date for the task.
Adjusted Start
- Shows the new, adjusted start
date for the task, if the schedule has changed.
Days Late
- Shows the difference
between the Initial Start and the Adjusted Start.
Maximum
Initial Start - The baseline start date farthest out in the job
schedule- regardless of job stage.
Maximum
Adjusted Start -The adjusted start date farthest out in the job
schedule- regardless of job stage.
