The Late Active Jobs report shows you a list of jobs that are behind
schedule and the number of days they are behind. Click the Job name link
to see the Late Active Jobs – Job Summary report, which shows a quick
view of the number of days ahead or behind schedule for each task.
To generate the report:
Select a subdivision or all subdivisions from the drop
down box.
Choose Yes or No from the Show Pause/Hold Days drop
down box.
Click Generate Report.
Where
does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Late Active Jobs report and where
the information comes from.
Report
Filters
Subdivision - Contains a list of all subdivisions with
active jobs.
Show Pause/Hold Days
- By selecting Yes in the dropdown,
three additional columns are displayed on the report: Pause/Hold Days,
Net Calendar Days, and Net Construction Days. Selecting No will hide these
columns from the report. Choose
No
to hide these columns on the report.
Report
Columns
Job - Job
name. Same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab. This link will
take the user to another page to view task level detail.
Start Date
- Start date of the job from the job detail page. This may not
necessarily be the start date of the first task in the schedule.
Baseline
End/Duration - The maximum baseline end date of any task in the
schedule. Duration is calculated by the difference between the Start Date
and the Baseline End date.
Adj End/Duration
- The maximum adjusted end date of any task in the schedule. Duration
is calculated by the difference between the Start Date and the Adjusted
End.
Calendar
Days Behind - Baseline End/Duration days
– Adj End/Duration days. Includes holidays, weekends, and pause/hold
days.
Workdays
Behind - Baseline End/Duration days
– Adj End/Duration days. Excludes holidays, weekends, and pause/hold
days.
Pause/Hold
Days - Number of total days the job was placed on hold or paused.
Net Calendar
Days Behind - Calendar Days Behind plus Pause/Hold Days.
Net Const
Days Behind - Workdays behind plus Pause/Hold Days.
