Report details all open items, sorted by Trade Partner, across Communities. Filter by all jobs, or only those job within a community. The report groups by superintendent in alphabetic order. Within each superintendent group, the information is sorted by job in alphabetic order. All the columns are sortable, except Notes.

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Open Items by Superintendent report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Community - Default to 'Please Select.' Filter by only one community. Only display active communities where user is assigned at least one job.

Construction Manager - Default to 'All.' Only display active superintendents that are assigned to at least one job within the community selected. superintendent is the job primary in BuildPro.

Report Columns

Job - Name of the job that contains the defect.

Location - Room or location where the defect is located (e.g., Kitchen, Living Room, etc.); values generated from K.B.

Description - Description of the defect.type of defect (e.g., Nail Pop, Scratch, Hole); values generated from K.B.

Position - Position or defect number. exact positioning of defect within a room (e.g., Front Wall, Floor, Ceiling, 385); values generated from K.B.

Priority - Type of defect (Standard, Structural, or Critical).

Responsible Trade - Supplier who caused the defect.

Assigned Trade - Supplier assigned to repair/resolve the defect.

Inspected Date - Date the defect was entered.

Due Date - Date the resolution of the defect is due.

Days Late - Number of calendar days between current date and due date (Current Date - Due Date = Days Late). If the current date is past the defect's scheduled due date then the defect is considered late. If the defect is not late, the column is blank.

Notes - Notes entered about the defect and attached it to the task.
