Reports
Options
The Options report displays options for the selected division, subdivision, phase, job, or supplier. The options on an individual job are displayed on the Job Options page on the Jobs tab.
To generate the report:
Choose a Division from the drop-down filter. (Required)
Click on the multi-select button next to the Subdivision filter to choose one or more subdivisions.
Click on the multi-select button next to the Phase filter to choose one or more phases.
Click on the multi-select button next to the Job filter to choose one or more jobs.
Choose an Option, Option Status, and Supplier from the drop-down filters.
Click the Show Suppliers check box to display all suppliers and cost codes assigned to each option. If this box is left unchecked, the report will not display suppliers.
Click the Generate Report button.
Below is a list of information in the Options report and where the information comes from.
Division - Lists all the divisions under the user’s org. If user is a division-level user, filter defaults to user’s division. Required filter.
Subdivision - Multi-select filter. Lists all subdivisions in the selected filter. Defaults to All Subdivisions. Required filter.
Phase - Multi-select filter. Lists all phases in the selected subdivision(s). Required filter.
Job - Multi-select filter. Lists all jobs in the selected phase(s). Required filter.
Option - Lists all options available in the selected job(s). Optional filter.
Option Status - Allows the user to filter by Active, Inactive, or All Statuses. Optional filter.
Show Suppliers - If the check box is checked, the report displays suppliers and cost codes assigned to each option. If unchecked, report will not display suppliers and cost codes. Defaults to checked.
Supplier - Lists all suppliers in the selected division. Choose a supplier to view all options assigned to the selected supplier. Defaults to All Suppliers. The report only displays suppliers if the Show Suppliers check box is checked.
Report Columns
Blue Job Information Band - Displays the following information for each job selected: job name, subdivision, home buyer, phase, plan, and elevation.
Option # - Displays the option number associated with the option. Click on the up or down arrows next to the column name to sort the report by this column.
Status - Displays the status of each option. Click on the up or down arrows next to the column name to sort the report by this column.
Description - Displays the option description and any option notes associated with the option.
Quantity - Displays the option quantity for each cost code and supplier. Click on the up or down arrows next to the column name to sort the report by this column. Column only appears if the Show Suppliers check box is checked.
Cost Code/Supplier - Displays each cost code and supplier assigned to the option. Column only appears if the Show Suppliers check box is checked.
Extended Text - Displays any extended text associated with the option line item within the order. Column only appears if the Show Suppliers check box is checked.
