Production Report by CM

The Production Report by CM generates a production percentage for each construction manager. The percentage is calculated by dividing the baseline duration by the adjusted duration for each job.

 

To generate this report:

  1. Select an Organization.

  2. Select a User Type.

  3. Select a Job Status.

  4. Choose a Week Beginning

  5. Choose a Subdivision. The default selection is "All Subdivisions". To select a specific subdivision(s) click the ellipses button beside the filter. A Select Subdivision popup window will appear. Select one or more Subdivisions and click the OK button.

  6. Choose a Job Super.

  7. Choose Show Pause Days.

  8. Click the Generate Report button.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Production Report by CM and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Organization - List of organization from the BuildPro company.

User Type - User type from the User Detail page. User Type module must be turned on and managed for each user.

Job Status - List of job status to filter the report.

Week Beginning - Data filter. Choose a week from the filter. The report will exclude jobs with a completed JBFN task where the completion date is before the week selected.

Subdivision - List of communities for the selected Organization.

Job Super - List of job primaries. Choose one to filter the report by jobs assigned to that construction manager.

Show Pause Days - Choosing Yes will include the number of Pause Days in the Production % calculation. Choosing No will not.

Report Columns

Job Super - Displays the name of the construction manager/job primary.

Job - Name of the job as displayed in BuildPro.

Status - Job Status.

Baseline Start Date - Job start date found on the Job Detail page.

Baseline End Date - Baseline start date of the 8000 milestone key task.

Duration - Number of days from the Baseline Start Date to the Baseline End Date.

Adj End Date - Adjusted start date of the 8000 milestone key task.

Adj Duration - Number of days from the Baseline Start Date to the Adj End Date.

Days Ahead/Behind - Duration minus Adj Duration.

Pause Days - Sum of durations from all pause tasks in the job.

Net Days - Days Ahead/Behind plus Pause Days.

Production % - (Duration / Adj Duration) x 100.

Job Super Average Production % - The job super’s average production % for a specific community.  Sums up the job super’s production % for each job within the community and divides the result by the number of jobs displayed on the report for the job super.

Average Community Production % - The average of each job super’s average production % for a specific community.  Sums up each job super’s average production % and divides this result by the number of job supers displayed on the report.

Average Production % for ALL Communities - the average of each community’s production %.  Sums up each community’s average production % and divides this result by the number of communities displayed on the report.
