The Production Efficiency Report (PER) displays any home that is in active status as long as the home contains NO exceptions. Unlike the Daily Exception Report (DER), which reports on homes that do have exceptions, the PER will report on homes that do not have exceptions. So, it’s safe to say that if a home shows on the DER it will not show on the PER and vice versa. Remember that the DER displays a task for a home if one of the following criteria is met:
Any task that is in scheduled or in progress status that is late (should have been completed before today).
Any task whose adjusted duration is different than the original baseline duration (but not necessarily late).
So, if any task for a home meets one of the two criteria above, the home should NOT display on the PER. The PER measures by Region and Division homes with no exceptions against the total number of homes in Active status in BuildPro for that specific Division. This gives the production efficiency percentage for that home also shows the month-to-date production percentage.
To generate the report:
Select the Region from the Region drop-down filter. The page automatically refreshes.
Select the Division from the Division drop-down filter. The drop-down list will only include divisions in the region the user selected.
Click the Generate Report button, and the report displays.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Production Efficiency Report and where the information comes from.
Report Filters
Region- This filter is based on the level where the user logs in. If a user logs in at a top company level, all regions for the company are displayed in the drop-down list. If a user logs in at the region level, only the divisions in that region will appear in the drop-down list. Default value is All Regions.
Division - This filter is based off the region filter. Only divisions in the region selected will appear in the drop-down list. Default value is All Divisions. However, if the user logs in at the division level, then the user will only be able to see his or her division on the report and have no other choices.
Report Columns
Region - From Organization List; lists any org that is flagged as a Region.
Division - From Organization List; lists any org that is flagged as a Division.
