The Graphical Subdivision Overview report lets you choose a subdivision/phase
and a job(s) and generate a graphical representation of each stage of
the building process. The graph shows you the stages that are Scheduled,
In Progress, Complete, or Skipped. Use the View
in Excel link for printing options. Click the [+] link beside the
job to expand the stages and show individual task status. Stage names
are in bold.
To generate the report:
Select the desired subdivision The page will refresh
with a list of phases within that subdivision.
Select the phase(s) and click the Next>> button.
Select the job(s) to view in the report and click the
Next>> button. This will generate the report in a new window.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Graphical Subdivision Overview
report and where the information comes from.

Legend
Scheduled - Light
blue indicates a scheduled status. For tasks, this means the task in not
started and notification has not been sent to the supplier. For a stage
to be in scheduled status, all tasks must be in scheduled status.
In Progress - Green
indicates an in progress status. A task that is in progress is one that
has started and notification has been sent to the supplier. A stage is
considered in progress when at least one task is in progress.
Complete - Navy
blue indicates a complete status. A task is complete when a user marks
it as complete in BuildPro. For a stage to show a complete status, all
tasks must be any combination of complete, cancelled, and/or skipped.
Skipped - Red
indicates a skipped status. A task is considered skipped status when the
user marks the task skipped. For a stage to show skipped, all tasks in
the stage must be a skipped status.
Cancelled - Orange
indicates a cancelled status. If a user has marked the task as cancelled
or not needed, it will show as cancelled on the report. For a stage to
be cancelled, all tasks must be in a cancelled status.
Weekend - Weekends
are indicated by a gray color.
Today - Today's
date is indicated on the report by a yellow color.
