Subdivision Job Status

The Subdivision Job Status report shows, by user, the date the last task was started and completed for a specific job.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Click the Subdivision field and choose the appropriate subdivision.

  2. Click the User field and choose the appropriate user.

  3. Click the Generate Report button.

 

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Subdivision Job Status report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Subdivision - Contains a list of all subdivisions with active jobs.

User -  Allows the user to filter the report by a specific job user.

Report Columns

Task/Job - This is the last task completed in the last complete stage. Job name is the same as the job name displayed on the Jobs home tab.

Task Type -  The Task Type column shows the task type designation (Memo, Purchase Order, Reminder, Contract, Measurement PO, Work Order, etc).

Actual Start - The Actual Start column shows the first date of the task or start date.

Duration - Number of days for the task in the BuildPro schedule.

Completed Date - Date the user marked the task complete in BuildPro. Not necessarily the end date of the task.

Task Category - BuildPro Task Category for which the task belongs to. A task does not have to be associated to a Task Category.

Completed By - This shows the name of the user that completed the task.

Days Behind - Difference in days between the baseline end date and the adjusted end date of the task in the Task/Job column.

Jobs Found - Total jobs listed that fit the filter criteria. (Shown on the last page of the report.)
