Superintendent Productivity Summary
The Superintendent Productivity Summary report displays a list of job superintendents by division in order of Rank based on the Avg Days Ahead/Behind.
To generate the Superintendent Productivity Summary report:
Select the Region from the drop-down box.
Select a Job Status. This is a multi-select box. Use the check boxes to select one or more job statuses.
Select from the Division, Superintendent, or Show Hold Days filters as necessary.
Click Generate Report.
Where does that come from?
Below is a list of information in the Superintendent Productivity Summary report and where the information comes from.
Region - List of regions to select from. If a user is at the division level, the region will be initially populated.
Division - List of divisions for the region selected. If a user is at the division level, the division will be initially populated.
Superintendent - List of all job primaries.
Job Status - List of all job statuses.
Show Hold Days - Defaults to Yes. Choose to include number of days jobs were on hold in the calculation of the report.
Rank - Lists rank of each job super in order (from highest to lowest) based on the Avg Days Ahead/Behind.
Job Super - Lists the name of the superintendent or construction manager (job primary) on the job.
# of Jobs - Total number of jobs for job super for a particular division.
Total Days Ahead/Behind - Difference in days between the (baseline start date) of the JBST milestone and the most recent (adjusted end date) of the JBFN milestone for each job. This calculation will be repeated for all jobs the job primary super is assigned to and the resulting calculation will sum all jobs. A positive number represents jobs ahead of schedule; a negative number represents jobs behind schedule.
Avg Days Ahead/Behind - Total Days Ahead/Behind divided by # of jobs for the division.
Total Hold Days - Total number of combined hold days for all jobs the job primary super is associated within the division. If the ‘Show Hold Days’ filter is set to ‘Yes’, this column will be displayed on the report, otherwise it will not appear.
Total Net Days - Total Days Ahead/Behind plus the Total Hold Days. If the ‘Show Hold Days’ filter is set to ‘Yes’, this column will be displayed on the report, otherwise it will not appear.
YTD Homes QCI'd - Total number of closed homes associated with the job primary super for the given calendar year, based on the completion of the JBFN milestone (adjusted end date).
YTD Average Construction Days QCI'd Homes - YTD average construction days for closed homes for each job primary super. For each job, this is calculated by using the minimum adjusted start date of the JBST task subtracted from the maximum adjusted end date of the last JBFN task. This calculation is repeated for all YTD closed jobs the job primary super is associated with and divided by the total number of YTD Homes QCI’d.
Overall Production - Totals from each column.
The Totals for the Avg Days Ahead/Behind column is a weighted calculation represented by the total number of jobs multiplied by the average days ahead/behind for each job superintendent (repeated/summed for all job superintendents), divided by the total number of jobs.
