Task Completion Exceptions

The Task Completion Exceptions report shows all completed tasks where the user has marked the task complete with an exception.

 

To generate the report:

  1. Click the Job User field and select the appropriate user.

  2. Click the Subdivision field and select the desired subdivision.

  3. Click the Jobs field and choose the appropriate job.

  4. Click the Generate Report button.

     

Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Task Completion Exceptions report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Job User - Contains a list of active users that are the primary user on at least one active job. This drop down box should default to you as the first user.

Job Status - Allows the user to filter the report by job status.

Job - Allows the user to filter the report by job.

Subdivision - Allows the user to filter the report by job user.

Max Rows - Allows the user to limit the number of tasks returned to the report.

Report Columns

Task Name - Shows the name of the task that has exceptions.

Start Date - Shows when the task was started or the adjusted start date.

Supplier Name - Shows the name of the supplier of the goods or services for the task. An asterisk* next to the supplier name indicates that supplier is on SupplyPro.

Est Total - Shows the approximate cost from the supplier for the task.

Notes - Shows any notes entered on the job regarding the exception.

Job - Name of the job to which the tasks below it belong (under Task Name column).
