Where does that come from?

Below is a list of information in the Trade Partner Production Report and where the information comes from.

Report Filters

Region- Drop-down filter with a list of all of company regions. The user only sees this list if the user logs in at the corporate/highest level. Users can only choose one region for performance purposes. Otherwise, if a user logs in at a regional level, the drop-down filter is not available. The report layout itself does not contain a column for region. Displays regions in alphabetical order.

Division - Multi-select filter with a list of all divisions for a specific region. The user only sees this list if the user has regional-level access.  However, some companies do have an ”operations” level in their org hierarchy, which is between a region and a division. So, if a user logs in at an operations level, the report only displays the divisions tied to that operation.  Otherwise, a user will login at a divisional level, and the multi-select filter is not available. Displays divisions in alphabetical order.

Community - Multi-select filter with a list of all communities contained in the division(s) selected. Selecting a different division will refresh the community list to show all communities in the selected division. Displays communities in alphabetical order.

Trade Partner - Multi-select filter with a list of all trade partners (suppliers) assigned to tasks within the community or communities selected. Selecting a different community will refresh the trade partner list to show all trade partners assigned to at least one task within the community or communities selected.

Days Behind increment - A free-form text field where a user can type in a number to define by which increments to show task aging. This filter is used specifically for the 4 aging buckets that are under the Days Behind column -- for tasks <=5 days behind, 6-10 days behind, 11-15 days behind, or >=16 days behind.  Whatever value is in the Days Behind increment filter is the value by which these 4 columns increment. For example, for a Days Behind increment value of 10, the first column displays <=10, then the next columns display 11-20, 21-30, and >=30, respectively. If no value is in the filter then the default of <=5, 6=10, 11-15, and >=16 are used.

In Progress tasks only - Radio button option that when selected only shows In Progress tasks on the report. If this box is selected, the "Completed tasks only” option cannot be selected.  A user cannot see both In Progress and Completed tasks at the same time. If neither filter is selected, the report is defaulted to show only In Progress tasks.

Completed tasks only - Radio button option that when selected only shows Completed tasks on the report. If this box is selected, the ”In Progress tasks only” option cannot be selected.  A user cannot see both In Progress and Completed tasks at the same time. Also, only when the Completed tasks radio button is selected does the ”Actual Comp Date From/To” date filters display. If neither filter is selected, the report is defaulted to show only In Progress tasks.

Actual Comp Date From/To - These date filters only appear when the ”Completed tasks only” check box is checked. When filled in, the report  only brings back completed tasks whose actual completion dates are within the entered date range.
